Nassau Bay Town Square is a 24,000 square foot retail shell project. The project includes colored concrete hardscape, a fountain, and a large parking area. The project consists of two buildings, G-1 and G-2. Building G-1 is approximately 17,500 square feet, and G-2 is 6,500 square feet. The back and sides of each building consist of tiltwall concrete panels with a textured paint finish. The front of each building is constructed of structural steel and stud framing, with a plaster and stone finish. The fronts also have ornamental pop-ups, which add to the height of the building's façade. This project also has an uncharacteristically high roof deck, which gives it great separation from a traditional retail center. The roof is single-ply TPO. A large window wall has been installed in the largest pop-up of building G-1. We also conducted an office build-out in G-2 for Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership.
