Many contractors use a separate estimating staff. We do not. Our firm prefers "Single Point Accountability" for each project. That is, the project executive is your ultimate contact from the early estimating stage to final project closeout. This promotes:
- A "big picture" understanding of the work at hand.
- No "loss in translation" from the pricing stage to construction.
- Development of a trusting relationship with the client.
As we complete each of our projects, we want to have established relationships with every member of our "team"—the building owner, architect, and other consultants so they will ask and look forward to working with us again. To that end, our goals both in the home office and on the jobsite emphasize communication, flexibility, attention to detail, and organization.
